Awareness and specialized training to Supply Chain

Awareness:

1.             Project authority to integrated security training into its new employees orientation and periodic refresher training to the employees rotationally. 

2.            To be  informed public alerts to ensure. 

3.            Avoidance of incident, incident reporting and should display important hotline number at few notice board visibly .

Specialized Training

1.            Factory authority should conduct mandatory training on area of specialty, anti-terrorism, product tampering, conspiracy, loss prevention, violation and handling.  

2.            Segregation of hazardous and non-hazardous items and the value of segregation.

3.            Fire fighting including use of fire equipment. Fire Brigade support is obligatory.  

Documentation

1.            Employees who have not been trained; it is mandatory to keep proper record of training attendance, so that it can easily be identify the non-trained personnel. 

2.            Recording data for training: date of training, topics, instructor name with ID and instructor signature, place of training and attendance: employee name, designation, ID number and signature.

3.            By last of month of the year; a yearly training calendar should be prepared.

4.            Training papers to be kept under custody of human resource department.
