Working environment: A major issue to SCS

 

Some projects run 24/7, it’s required 3 shift manning plan, some projects run 10 to 14 hours or more in a day. They may have a non-traditional work schedule.   It’s a great problem and big issue to supply chain. Some time project authority failed to implement their routine scheduled. The reasons are:

*  Receiving excess order.

*  Shortage of product operators or non-skilled employee.

*  Shortage of machinery or equipment.

*  Non-skilled product management

*  Excess work order recipient or daring planner.

*  Goods reject by buyer QA staff.
