Wastage disposal:  date, items description, quantity, accounting unit, total qty dumping till today, hazardous/ non-hazardous, security signature, in-charge signature, administration signature, remarks.

Building and perimeter inspection: date, time of inspection, inside wall, outside wall, inside gate, outside gate, {building-1/ 2-GF inside, outside, doors/gate, windows,} {FF inside, outside, doors/gate, windows} {SF inside, outside, doors/gate, windows,} findings if any, inspected by, maintenance in-charge action, administration signature, remarks.

Project opening and closing records: date, opening time= (GF, FF, SF,), opened by, ID #, signature, security in-charge signature, closing time= (GF, FF, SF), closing by, ID #, signature, security in-charge signature, administration signature, remarks.

Project key issue and received records: date, key description (area details), total keys, time of receive, name of authorized recipient, ID #, recipient signature, key returns time, returned by, ID #, security name(recipient), security signature(recipient), administration signature, remarks.

Incident records: date, time, description of incident, action, informed to (authority), time, informed to law enforcement authority(team name)-if required, time, loss/damage, signature of security in-charge, administration signature, remarks.

* Local purchase: date, time, items description, quantity, accounting unit, purchase from(stores name),  van number, bearer name, security name(count), signature, store  recipient, signature, administration signature, remarks.

Security duty records:  date, shift (duration), security post number/name, security name, ID number, signature, in-charge signature, administration signature, remarks.

Security night patrolling records: date, time of patrol, patrol by, ID number, area of patrolling, patrol details, signature, signature of in-charge, signature of administration, remarks. (patrolling should be minimum 8th times/night.).

ID card loss/damage records: date, ID number, card holder name, designation, reason of loss or damage, HR signature, remarks.
