Compliance in Garments Industries
Compliance means
sequence of absolute standard and huge factors of garments factories. It’s
too difficult to run a factory without fulfilling necessary requirement such as working standards, employment conditions, professional safety, health,
management structures and industrial relations.
Industrial authority should
prepare these documentation at the prompt such as own policies and
implementation, buyers requirement (although
requirements are little differ of each buyer), policies on safety, health,
security and other required policies positively. To satisfy the multiple
buyers; all types of requirement need to prepare within same volume, maintain
or implement well in time.
Some industries are gainful and remaining maximum industries are losing their standard due to lack of monitoring these task: (a) updating papers or policies or (b) papers are update, implementation is poor or (c) weak leadership.
