Background check to Supply Chain
Background check is the very much important part of the SCS.
Projects are given priority to check the background of security, materials
warehouse, finishing warehouse and packing or finishing employees. An important
check of corruption, illegal activities at previous organizations are
mandatory. Can handle the procedures
with the below keys:
1st phase: During recruitment (in addition to skill study)
required; attitude study, mailing or local address study, references study,
their cell number study (mentioned in resume/curriculum vitae).
2nd phase: Prepare and conduct background checks on local
resident (clarify the address, nearby relatives, friends, resident owner, stay
period, previous resident, etc.).
3rd phase: Prepare, send and collect verification report
from the local police station.
4th phase: Prepare, send and collect verification report
from permanent resident area police station.
All the
investigations, verification report can preserve with employees, contractors,
vendors' dossier.
Can preserve
the copies of the above centrally.
Temporary employees, vendors, contractors have also required background checks. Current employees'
documents,
Driver’s license, contractor license, and the necessity to check their
corruption or Illegal
activities
